ü I recently bought 20 printers order HF5618, but when I went to pick
them up only 17 had arrived.
n I’m very sorry about that mistake, I’m surprise something like that
happen.
ü This is actually the second time I have received an incomplete
delivery.
n I’m looking at our record and we seem to have a few orders with
those same printers its possible they might have been a mix up.
ü Ok, I understand but I need those 3 printers here urgently.
ü This kind of delays are costing me, my goodwill customers and making
some really unhappy.
n We have been having some stock problems with our distributor this
week.
ü Can you guys deliver the 3 printers for this Thursday.
n We can have them by your local post office by Monday.
ü I really need that dispatch now; I might lose customers if I don’t
get those printers.
n I’m very sorry to hear that, but it’s not possible for us to deliver
than any sooner than Monday.
ü Can you send me the e-mail confirmation of my dispatch?
